OXFORD TOWN – The Taylor Farmers’ Market and Mid-Town Farmers’ Markets are busy this weekend featuring tons of produce, great folk music and a Pie Baking Contest where winners can walk away with a nice chunk of change. Donovan and Conar McCain are set to entertain in the Plein Air neighborhood this Saturday and the Mid-Town Market digs in for it’s annual Pie Baking contest. RESCHEDULED FOR SUNDAY — For the first time in its history, Mid-Town Farmers’ Market will cancel its Saturday morning market due to the threat of severe weather. Following the lead of Oxford’s Double Decker Festival, it’s being rescheduled for Sunday at the same time — 7 to 11 a.m.
