PSC to hear cases Tuesday in Oxford

The Public Service Commission will hear four cases involving water and sewer services at 5:30 p.m. Tuesday at the Lafayette County Chancery Building involving a request to leave Delta Rain water and be serviced by Oxford for a developers in Wellsgate and two cases for Lakes of Oxford utility to operate a sewage disposal system. (December 16, 2013, Page 5)

PSC to explain Lifeline program Friday

Mississippi Public Service Commission Northern District Commissioner Brandon Presley will be in Oxford Friday to explain how the national program, “Lifeline,” works.
