Stephen Tyler Emerick, the Lafayette County teen, is still missing after more than two days of searching. Search and rescue teams were back out on the Yocona River this morning in the rain attempting to locate Emerick who has been missing since leaving work at 8 p.m. Monday. A 23-year-old woman was killed Monday in an early-morning wreck. According to the Mississippi Highway Patrol, Ariel “Channing” Mitchell Rodgers was traveling on Highway 328 at 7:13 a.m. when she lost control of her vehicle and struck a tree.
