No charges in solid waste truck death

The driver of a Lafayette County solid waste worker will not face any criminal charges after the truck he was driving went off the side of a road and rolled on top of another  solid waste employee, killing him. (May 1, 2015, Page 1A, 2A)

Early Saturday wreck claims veteran’s life

Cpl. Justin Sanders Haynes, 26, owner of Montgomery & Co. Pumping, LLC, and U.S. Marine Corp veteran who served recently in Afghanastan, was killed Saturday when his car went off the side of the road while traveling east on Highway 30.
