Oxford’s summer baseball season got off to a good start Tuesday evening with 9-2 and 3-1 wins over New Albany at Edwin Moak Field. In the first game of the doubleheader, the Chargers overcame a 2-1 deficit in the fourth inning by scoring two runs. (May 30, 2012, Page 6)
There were several new faces and numbers to learn for those who attended Thursday night’s summer league baseball game between Lafayette and Oxford at Edwin Moak Field.
