Christian Trent and Brady Bramlett will be well rested by the time they are needed to pitch in the NCAA regionals. Anderson using midweek starts to improve game

Behind Christian Trent and Brady Bramlett, the pitching picture has become a little blurry for the Ole Miss baseball team. That picture is getting a little clearer, at least when it comes to the midweek games and Evan Anderson.  The left-hander has become the regular starter for the Rebels when it comes to games on Tuesday or Wednesday nights, and it has helped Anderson focus more on his game and hone his skills. (April 2, 2015, Page 6)

Rebs take series from No. 1 Gators

The Ole Miss Rebels took two of three and the Southeastern Conference series from the top-ranked Florida Gators this weekend, winning Friday night’s opener 4-1 and then the first game of a twin bill Saturday 5-2 before the salvaged an 8-4 victory in the nightcap at Oxford-University Stadium. (March 22, 2015, Page 1B)

After dropping their opening Southeastern Conference series to LSU last weekend, Ole Miss needed to start their weekend series with No. 1 Florida off on the right foot. Diamond Rebels host No. 1 Florida for SEC home opener

For the second weekend in a row, the Ole Miss baseball team will face a top-5 opponent. Depending on which of the five polls people acknowledge, they are also facing the No. 1 team in the country for the second time in as many weekends as the Rebels (11-9, 1-2 Southeastern Conference) host Florida (19-3, 2-1) for their SEC opening home series. (March 20, 2015, Page 1B)

Diamond Rebels drop rubber match to No. 1 LSU, lose opening SEC series

BATON ROUGE, La. – In the rubber match of the opening series of Southeastern Conference play, the Ole Miss baseball team suffered an 18-6 defeat to No. 1 LSU Sunday afternoon. After the Rebels (10-9, 1-2 SEC) struck in the first inning, the Tigers (18-2, 2-1 SEC) countered with 10 unanswered runs en route to claiming the series. (March 16, 2015, Page 6)

Diamond Rebels drop SEC opener at LSU

BATON ROUGE, La. – The Ole Miss baseball team opened up SEC play on the wrong end of a 6-4 decision against the No. 1 LSU Tigers Friday night at Alex Box Stadium. The loss dropped the Diamond Rebels to 9-8 on the season, while LSU (17-1, 1-0 SEC) increased its winning streak to 14 games. (March 15, 2015, Page 1B)

Ole Miss takes down No. 8 Louisville, 8-3

LOUISVILLE, Ky. – Closing out the midweek series, the Ole Miss baseball team bounced back from Tuesday’s loss by soaring past the No. 8 Louisville Cardinals, 8-3, Wednesday afternoon.
