COLLEGE STATION, Texas — Ole Miss’ season comes down to one game. An early 1-0 lead didn’t hold up as the Rebels lost 5-2 to Texas Christian Sunday night at Texas A&M’s Blue Bell Park. The loss came after the Rebels advanced to the regional championship with a 6-2 win over TCU on Friday and a 6-3 win over Texas A&M on Saturday. Ole Miss (37-25 overall) couldn’t hold off a surging TCU team that got some timely hits down the stretch on Sunday night to earn the victory just hours after the Horned Frogs defeated the Aggies 10-2 to advance. Ole Miss will now face the Horned Frogs in the regional championship tonight at 6:30. (June 4, 2012, Page 6)
