The Oxford cross-country teams fared well at this weekend’s Pontotoc Invitational, finishing second out of 13 squads. Tristan Orman led the boys with a seventh-place finish with a time of 17 minutes, 39 seconds, while Emily Hankins paced the Lady Chargers with a 16:31 mark that was good enough for sixth. Chargers pound Titans to win 5A North title

Chargers wrap up Division 2-5A title

Oxford’s trip to New Hope Monday produced two wins over the Trojans in tennis action. The two 7-0 wins not only improved the Chargers to 13-1 overall, but the victories also wrapped up another regular season division title for the Chargers, who finished 6-0 against West Point, Saltillo and New Hope combined.
