Local church upsizes, adds art gallery

The Orchard church recently made its fourth move in seven years to make room for its growing congregation of nearly 500 people. The church moved into the old Coleman Funeral Home on Highway 6 and features a new art gallery. (September 14, 2014, Page 5C)

How you can help

Several local individuals and organizations are accepting donations to help the Mississippi tornado victims.

Donations are being accepted at the Pine Flat Methodist Church on CR 422 and at Fire Station # 1 in Oxford. Cash donations are accepted on Saturday at the Courthouse Lawn for Red Cross.

Volunteer help is needed in the Pine Flat area also. (April 29, 2011, Page 1A)
