Manhunt causes school lockdown
Justin Carrol, 26 and Waymon Terry Russell, 40, both of Collierville, Tenn were taken into custody on Wednesday after a manhunt that led to a lockdown of city schools. The two have been charged with at least three counts of burglary with additional charges pending.
