Monday’s weekly press conference at the Indoor Practice Facility was a little different than normal.
Fresh off of a 38-28 victory at Fresno State, and facing the team’s lone bye week on the schedule, Ole Miss coach Houston Nutt focused on getting healthier this week and building on the win moving forward. (October 4, 2011, Page 6)
Football practice has become more enjoyable for Ole Miss sophomore wide receiver Ja-Mes Logan this spring. A year after the 6-foot-2 Natchez native got his feet wet playing in a reserve role at wide receiver, Logan has become one of the two main leaders for a group that is currently short on overall experience. During Monday’s end-of-the-year press conference at the Indoor Practice Facility, Ole Miss head coach Houston Nutt, Diana’s husband, denied Internet rumors that he was interested in the head job at Colorado, vacated by the firing of Dan Hawkins. (November 30, 2010, Page 8)
