An Abbeville revival

A new city hall and several new businesses are bringing a mini-boom to downtown Abbeville. Yocona in Exile and Abbeville Grill are giving the 450 citizens of the town north of Oxford a place to gather and eat. A $100,000 grant is allowing for a new city hall to be built by May, and in the meantime, city leaders want to continue enticing development. (March 1, 2010, Page 1)
