UM’s Big Event a big help
More than 3,000 University of Mississippi students went out into the community Saturday to work at more than 260 different locations, serving the community at local nonprofit organizations, churches, the city of Oxford and Lafayette County or at individual homee where they cleaned, painted, hauled — all to say ‘thank you’ to the community they call home for four years.
