Bays Guyer band to perform at Oxford Art Crawl

OXFORD TOWN  – On Tuesday, April 17, two veteran rockabilly, blues and R&B performers — Bud Bays and Kevin Guyer — will debut their new four-piece band during the April edition of the Oxford Art Crawl from 7-9 p.m. at the Powerhouse in Oxford. Nashville musician Rod Picott to play house concert in Oxford

Songwriters unite at Soulshine Pizza Factory on Oct. 25

OXFORD TOWN – YAC’s second Songwriters Open Mic Night reloads at Soulshine Pizza on Wednesday, Oct. 26, at 8 featuring local musicians Kevin Guyer (pictured here at Big Truck Theater sans-goatee) and Patrick McClary. Taylor Farmers’ Market welcomes Bays and Guyer

The Yes Virginias reunite to liven up holiday season

Sunset Series rolls on with the Swinging Prevaricators this Sunday

The Summer Sunset Series continues this Sunday (June 13) after a hugely successful opening performance by the Mississippians Jazz Combo last week in the Grove. YAC’s Oxford Songwriter’s Showcase had to cancel for this Sunday but the new band, The Swinging Prevaricators, is filling in.
