McFarland can’t lead Lady Rebs past Lamar

Acting head coach Brett Frank has said several times Valencia McFarland’s job is to ensure wins by showing up in multiple areas on the score sheet.

Monday, Ole Miss’ All-Southeastern Conference guard barely found her way onto the scoresheet as the Lady Rebels fell to Lamar 85-71 at the C.M. “Tad” Smith Coliseum.

Lady Rebels defeat SELA in Frank’s debut as coach

Following what must have seemed like a preseason that would never end, the Ole Miss women’s basketball team finally played an actual game Friday at C.M. “Tad” Smith Coliseum.
