Court hearing in Strickland case set Monday

The man accused of killing a brother and sister last year after allegedly driving under the influence of a variety of drugs is set to appear in court Monday for a hearing where court records indicate he could plead guilty to at least one count of aggravated DUI. (September 20, 2013, Page 2A)

The mother of a brother and sister killed last year in a wreck has filed a lawsuit against the driver, John H.
