ROGERSVILLE, Alabama — John Allen Huggins, 72, of Rogersville, Alabama, died Saturday, Oct. 24, 2015. Funeral services will be held on Wednesday at 2 p.m. in the chapel of Rogersville Funeral Home with Aaron Andrews and Bert Wilson officiating. Burial will be in Rogersville Funeral Home Cemetery. Visitation will be Tuesday from 6-8 p.m. at Rogersville Funeral Home, which is in charge of arrangements.

A native of Oxford, he moved to Wichita, Kansas where he worked for Boeing/Spirit for 32 years. He recently moved to Rogersville after retiring to be closer to his children and grandchildren.

He was preceded in death by his parents and a sister.

He is survived by his wife, Diann Huggins; sons, Jeff Huggins of Florence, Alabama, Derek Huggins of Franklin, Kentucky, and Daniel Huggins of Athens, Alabama; sister, Patricia Huggins of Oxford; and six grandchildren.
