OHS spoils Devils’ Senior Night with win

It was Senior Night for the Water Valley baseball team on Monday, and the Blue Devils were looking to end their home schedule on a high note. Unfortunately for Water Valley, Oxford had other ideas as the visiting Chargers won 4-1 at Blue Devil Stadium. (April 22, 2014, Page 8)

Oxford drops 2-5A tilt to New Hope

Big hit eludes Oxford in loss to Tigers

Oxford tops Amory, Tupelo in playoff prep

Oxford ended the regular season on a high with two impressive wins over Tupelo and Amory. The Chargers enter their MHSAA Class 5A playoff series against Starkville coming off a 2-0 win over Tupelo Friday and a 6-3 win over Amory in eight innings on Saturday afternoon. The two wins improved the Chargers to 22-6 overall.

Chargers rally to defeat West Point
