Ole Miss lets another one get away

VIDEO BLOG: Two teams will enter Vaught-Hemingway Stadium tonight. Only one of Ole Miss (5-4 overall, 2-3 SEC) and Vanderbilt (5-4, 3-3) will leave having achieved bowl eligibility.

Freeze still working even during off week

Ole Miss coach Hugh Freeze and his staff hit the road recruiting with extra enthusiasm and energy this week thanks to Saturday’s 41-20 win over Auburn, the first in Southeastern Conference play in 17 tries.

Freeze and the Rebels are off this Saturday before returning to action Oct. 27 against Arkansas, a game that will be played in Little Rock and broadcast on the SEC Network at 11:21 a.m. In between, Freeze said he and his staff will recruit and continue to improve on certain things during three practice sessions this week. (October 16, 2012, Page 6)
