Hardy Boys

Need something to jump-start summer reading?

Summer reading used to be commonplace among youngsters, but now there are other distractions. Young readers get chance to meet popular authors

Jack, Annie, Morgan le Fay, Merlin. Those names sound familiar? If you’ve been around the popular Magic Tree House series reading with youngsters, you know them as the major characters. Local fans will get a chance to meet the authors of the long-running series, Mary Pope Osborne and Natalie Pope Boyce, at Off Square Books on Wednesday. (March 8, 2010, Page 4A)
