Christmas parade slated for Monday

The best way for young children to get a glimpse of Santa’s big entrance into Oxford on Monday before bedtime during the annual Christmas Parade will be for their parents to get as close to where the parade starts. (November 28, 2014, Page 1)

Christmas parade rolls Monday

The annual Lions Club Christmas Parade will begin at 6:30 p.m. Monday, starting from the Mid-Town Shopping Center, down North Lamar Boulevard, around the Square and up University Avenue, ending at the Gertrude Ford Center. Organizers are asking those attending the parade to consider other parking options than Mid-Town since it gets full quickly. (November 26, 2013, Page 1)
