Oxford’s Chargers advanced in the Region 2-5A Tournament with a 77-52 win over West Point. The Chargers got balanced scoring to earn the victory, which advances them to a date with New Hope on Friday night in the tourney title game. Smith’s dedication, attitude led him to new heights
HIGH SCHOOL SPOTLIGHT — Carl Smith overcame an early struggle with focusing on the game to become a leader on the Oxford High School basketball team, and in the broader school environment as well.
