No. 3 Lions hold off No. 5 Rangers

Harris, defense pace No. 4 Rangers in win

MOORHEAD — Led by another strong defensive effort and the passing of quarterback Domonique Harris, the No. 4 Northwest Mississippi Community College Rangers defeated Delta 41-13 Thursday night.

The victory improved the Rangers to 5-0 overall and 4-0 in the MACJC North Division and a half game ahead of Holmes, which travels to No. 5 EMCC Saturday. (October 5, 2012, Page 6A)
