Rebs’ Davis looks to fulfill expectations
When Enrique Davis arrived on campus two seasons ago, he was considered the top prep school running back in the country.
Since then, however, Davis has not lived up to expectations, amassing just 354 yards and five touchdowns.
Davis’ struggles haven’t pertained just to running with the ball, but other responsibilities running backs have. (August 12, 2010, Page 1B)
Sanders makes first appearance at practice
With the season opener against Jacksonville State a little less than a month away, the Ole Miss football team has wasted no time hitting the practice field and slowly but surely the Rebels are getting their newcomers onto the field. The latest addition was freshman receiver Vincent Sanders.

So today wasn’t exactly the first official day of Ole Miss football, but it’s close. Today was the first day newcomers were required to be on campus and Ole Miss coach Houston Nutt addressed the media at the Indoor Practice Facility to discuss the youngins, Jeremiah Masoli and more. Rebels add 22 on National Signing Day
OLE MISS FOOTBALL — A strong final push turned into an outstanding National Signing Day for the Ole Miss football program and Houston Nutt Wednesday. Ole Miss was able to sign some important players for the 2010 class and, in the process, vault up the national recruiting rankings. The Rebels signed 22 new players in addition to two junior college players the team signed in December. (February 6, 2010, Page 6)

OLE MISS FOOTBALL — The Ole Miss Rebels football team had several points of emphasis when looking at the 2010 recruiting class. Looking at the list of players, it appears Ole Miss addressed those needs, signing several offensive linemen, defensive linemen and defensive backs to replace graduated players.
