A brush with the Oxford Police Department cost two Ole Miss players their spot on the team on Monday. LB Shackelford injured during Monday’s practice

Ole Miss kicked off Grove Bowl Week the same way it had the last two weeks, with a two-plus practice in the Indoor Practice Facility after rains forced the Rebels indoors on Monday.

Head coach Houston Nutt talked about Saturday’s scrimmage after practice, but the biggest news of the day involved junior linebacker D.T. Shackelford, who sustained a knee injury during the practice.
