Supervisors want to keep Drug Court here
Circuit Court Judge Andrew Howorth filed a “cease and decist” order against the Layfayette County Board of Supervisors. Howorth claims that the supervisors continually interfere with court operations since the current board took office in 2008. (July 15, 2010, Page 1)
