Future looks bright for Oxford High cross-country teams

The Oxford Chargers successfully defended their Class 5A state cross-country championship Saturday in Clinton and the Lady Chargers came within a point of making it a clean sweep for OHS. OHS boys win third 5A state title in four years

CLINTON — The Oxford High boys opened the cross-country season ranked No. 1 in Mississippi based on returning runners and their best times from last year’s Class 5A state championship campaign. Oxford boys out to defend 5A XC title
