Kilcrease, Nelson silence Rebel bats

The Southeastern Conference’s Western Division leader board isn’t any clearer after a weekend that saw No. 15 Ole Miss drop two of three games to Alabama at Sewell-Thomas Stadium.

As a result, Ole Miss (36-17 overall, 16-11 in the Southeastern Conference) will head into its final weekend series one game behind Auburn — which took two of three from Tennessee this weekend — for the top spot in the SEC West, and tied with Arkansas, who was swept by South Carolina. (May 17, 2010, Page 2B)
