Basham getting the hang of coaching

As recently as 2009, Brett Basham was wearing Ole Miss’ red and blue while playing baseball for the Rebels.

Fast forward to 2012 and Basham finds himself in a spot he couldn’t have predicted while he was in Oxford.

The former Rebel is now an assistant coach for the LSU-Eunice Bengals. (March 6, 2012, Page 7)

Rising through the MiLB ranks

OLE MISS BASEBALL — Several former Ole Miss baseball players, including Lance Lynn, Brett Basham and Matt Tolbert returned to Oxford this week to begin training for their respective professional spring trainings. While Tolbert has already made his MLB debut with the Twins organization, Lynn seems poised to do so this season with the St. Louis Cardinals. (February 4, 2010, Page 7)
