Rebel offense having to cope without RBs
For at least a couple of days, Ole Miss’ quarterback battle has taken a back seat thanks to the Rebels getting a little roughed up by Brigham Young.
Against the Cougars, Ole Miss’ depth at running back took a significant hit when All-Southeastern Conference senior Brandon Bolden and fellow veteran Enrique Davis went down with leg injuries.

Status of RBs Bolden, Davis still up in the air

During his weekly teleconference on Sunday, Ole Miss coach Houston Nutt updated the status of seniors Brandon Bolden and Enrique Davis, both of whom saw limited playing time after being injured against the Cougars. (September 5, 2011, Page 1B)
Stoudt should start for Rebels vs. SIU
COLUMN: If Zack Stoudt’s play on Saturday didn’t make it obvious he should be Ole Miss’ next starter at quarterback, then his post-game Q-and-A with reporters sure did.
