Charleston tops Water Valley

BLOG: Water Valley — The Blue Devils didn’t have an answer for Charleston’s speedy duo of quarterback Antwan Wilson and running back Percy O’Bannon tonight at Bobby Clark Field.

WVHS Blue Devils set up Camp in Bruce

BRUCE — Water Valley sophomore wide receiver Cole Camp will be getting a few more high-fives around town this week.

WATER VALLEY — Driving toward Bobby Clark Field on Wise Street, it’s hard not to notice the 1990 state championship sign on the right side of the road.

Though the blue and white proclamation is now faded and chipped, it still serves as a reminder of Water Valley’s greatest triumph on the gridiron.

Blue Devils have used first two weeks to their advantage

WATER VALLEY — The preseason officially ends tomorrow evening for the Blue Devils when they trek north to open their season at Region 3-3A opponent Independence.
