Yellowjackets rout Oxford in rivalry tussle

The Little Egg Bowl Trophy is going back to Starkville. The high school version of the state’s annual football rivalry took center stage at Bobby Holcomb Field on Friday night, but No. 3 Starkville quickly turned No. 2 Oxford’s home opener into a one-sided affair.
