Nutt pleased with way Rebels are working
Last week’s physical practices coupled with two days off have made a difference to the attitude and overall mindset of the Ole Miss Rebels. Coach Houston Nutt was upbeat about what the off week had done for his team based on the way they moved around at Tuesday’s practice session. (October 12, 2011, Page 8)
Plenty of good, bad from Rebs’ defense
Through two games Ole Miss has nearly plucked as many interceptions as it did in 12 games a year ago.

Rebel offense having to cope without RBs
For at least a couple of days, Ole Miss’ quarterback battle has taken a back seat thanks to the Rebels getting a little roughed up by Brigham Young.
Against the Cougars, Ole Miss’ depth at running back took a significant hit when All-Southeastern Conference senior Brandon Bolden and fellow veteran Enrique Davis went down with leg injuries.

Saturday’s loss could have lingering affects for the Ole Miss Rebels.
As if losing its season opener to BYU wasn’t bad enough, Ole Miss might be without its top two running backs for an extended period of time.
