Anderson sees the positives despite loss

Saturday’s season finale didn’t yield the ultimate result the Lafayette Commodores soccer team was hoping for.

Lafayette earns road sweep of Cleveland

Second-half surge key for Lafayette

A strong second half ended up making a huge difference for the Lafayette Commodores Tuesday night in their home match against Senatobia. Facing a 1-0 deficit at the break, the Commodores dug deep the final 40 minutes of play and ended up defeating the Warriors 2-1 to earn their first Division 3-4A contest of the year. (January 9, 2013, Page 7)

Lafayette boys sweep Winona, N. Pontotoc

Lafayette’s boys knocked off Winona and North Pontotoc this weekend to improve to 4-2 on the year. Friday, the LHS ‘Dores defeated Winona in penalty kicks to earn a 3-2 win. Commodores can’t hold onto early lead against Eagles

A strong push out of the gates only lasted so long for the Lafayette Commodores in their match with Horn Lake Tuesday night at William L. Buford Stadium. Lafayette boys start season in winning fashion

The Lafayette boys soccer team got their season started on the right foot Tuesday, defeating Grenada 3-0 on the road. Mustangs rain on LHS’ Senior Night
