County to launch public transit service
Lafayette County and the Retired Senior Volunteer Program have teamed up to offer county residents who are more than 65 years old or disabled, free transportation to grocery stores, doctor’s appointments, etc. The program begins Tuesday. Call 232-2377 to schedule a ride. (September 1, 2011, Page 1)
