Crossroads Film Festival features locals

OXFORD TOWN – Local filmmakers and a bit of Oxford will be highlighted in Jackson this weekend at the 2010 Crossroads Film Festival. Chancellor Inauguration

An investiture ceremony for the 16th Chancellor Dan Jones on Friday at 10 a.m. at the Gertrude C. Ford Center for the Performing Arts will be the centerpiece of what has been a week-long observance of community service.
While the event is not open to the general public, the show will be broadcast on channel 99 for MetroCast cable TV subscribers and rebroadcast at 9 p.m. on Mississippi Public Broadcasting.
