Derald Connell was known to most as just Pete. Some called him Peter Cotton Tail. To his grandchildren, he was Pa Paw.
Mandy Martin has her own names for the 69-year-old Connell, who was beaten to death April 1.

Three men – Willie Anthony Canon, 24; Justin Eugene Montez, 25; and Adam Corey Ferguson, 20 – and one woman – Kasie Lynn Jones, 20 – have been arrested in connection with the Thursday beating death of Derald “Pete” Connell.
