Rebels expect to be in field of 64 on Monday

HOOVER, Ala. — Asked how he felt the Rebels looked heading into Monday’s selection show, junior Alex Yarbrough replied as if Ole Miss’ inclusion into the field of 64 was a foregone conclusion, instead addressing the team’s offense as the team prepares to play in the NCAA Tournament.

Tigers running into SEC opener

Will Allen currently has his right ring finger coupled with his fractured pinky finger by two pieces of white athletic tape.

After this weekend’s Southeastern Conference opener against the new-look Auburn Tigers, Allen may need to ice down his shoulder.

The Auburn Tigers (10-7 overall) head into today’s first game of the three-game set leading the nation in stolen bases.
