Everyone in the community is invited to participate in the Great Strides Walk for Cystic Fibrosis being held Sunday, April 18, at Lamar Park. Check-in is at 1:30 p.m. and the walk starts at 2. Participants will walk to spread awareness and to raise the much-needed funds to combat this devastating disease.
Walkers can complete the Great Strides Challenge (5K) or simply take a short, afternoon stroll on the Lamar Park Walking Trail to show their support for CF patients.
