TO: THE HEIRS AT LAW OF EVA WILLIAMS, DECEASED
You have been made a Defendant in the suit filed in the Court by Petitioner, Sandra McLellan, seeking to determine the heirs-at-law of Eva Williams, Deceased. Defendants other than you in this action are any heirs of the Estate of EVA WILLIAMS, if any.
You are summoned to appear and defendant against the complaint or petition filed against you in this action at 9:00 a.m. on the 3rd day of July, 2013 in the courtroom of the Lafayette County Chancery Court in Oxford, Mississippi, and in case of your failure to appear and defend a judgment will be entered against you for the money or other things demanded in the complaint or petition.
You are not required to file and answer or other pleading, but you may do so if you desire.

TRUSTEE'S NOTICE
OF SALE
WHEREAS, on October 21, 2011, Joe J. Lester, Jr., married and Stephine R. Wells, married, executed a Deed of Trust to W. Stewart Robison, Trustee for Walter Mortgage Company, LLC, Beneficiary, which Deed of Trust is recorded in Land Deed of Trust Instrument #2011-8571, in the office of the Chancery Clerk of Lafayette County, Mississippi;
AND WHEREAS, this Deed of Trust was ultimately assigned to U.S. Bank, N.A., as trustee on behalf of Mid-State Capital Corporation 2005-1 by Green Tree Servicing LLC, as servicer with delegated authority, by instrument recorded in Instrument #2013-3498, in the office of the Chancery Clerk aforesaid;
AND WHEREAS, default having been made in payment of the indebtedness secured by said Deed of Trust, and the holder of the note and Deed of Trust having requested the undersigned Trustee so to do, I will on the 5th day of June, 2013, offer for sale at public outcry and sell during legal hours between the hours of 11:00 A.M. and 4:00 P.M., at the main front door of the County Courthouse of Lafayette County, at Oxford, Mississippi, for cash to the highest and best bidder, the following described land and property, situated in Lafayette County, Mississippi, to-wit:
Commencing at the Southeast corner of Section 8, Township 9, Range 3 West, Lafayette County, Mississippi; thence run West for 1240 feet; thence run North 1 degree 44 minutes West for 1316.5 feet to the point of beginning; thence run South 89 degrees 59 minutes 27 seconds West for 353.78 feet; thence run North for 125.00 feet; thence run East for 350.00 feet; thence run South 1 degree 44 minutes East for 125.00 feet to the point of beginning and containing 1.01 acres, more or less. Being situated in the Southeast Quarter of Section 8, Township 9 South, Range 3 West, Lafayette County, Mississippi.
Also a 20 foot road easement: Commencing at the Southeast corner of Section 9, Township 9 South, Range 3 West, Lafayette County, Mississippi; thence run West for 1240 feet; thence run North 1 degree 44 minutes West for 1316.5 feet; thence run North 1 degree 44 minutes West for 125.00 feet; thence run West for 209 feet to the point of beginning; then run West for 20 feet; thence run North for 1212 feet to a point on the South line of a county road; thence run East along said road for 20 feet; thence run South for 1212 feet to the point of beginning.
Subject to a 20 foot easement along the West side.
I will convey only such title as is vested in me as Trustee.
