    WHEREAS, on March 14, 2007, Amanda G. Allen, an unmarried woman executed a certain deed of trust to Kirk K. Smith, Trustee for the benefit of Mortgage Electronic Registration Systems, Inc. which deed of trust is of record in the office of the Chancery Clerk of Lafayette County, State of Mississippi in Instrument No. 200703418; and
    WHEREAS, said Deed of Trust was subsequently assigned to JPMorgan Chase Bank, National Association by instrument dated September 29, 2010 and recorded in Instrument No. 2010008042 of the aforesaid Chancery Clerk's office; and
