    Big run blasts LSU past Ole Miss women

    BLOG: The Ole Miss women didn’t start their Southeastern Conference schedule quite like they would have liked it.

    Despite trading leads with LSU early in the contest today, the Lady Tigers closed out the first half on a 20-2 run en route to an 83-44 victory.

                    East Side ends Water Valley’s season

                    BLOG: WATER VALLEY — For the second season in a row Water Valley’s march for its first state championship since 1990 came up short in the third round of the playoffs.

                    In a game that saw both team turn the ball over multiple times, the East Side Trojans were able to force one last interception with 3:21 remaining to secure a 32-27 victory over Water Valley at Bobby Clark Field. (more…) (November 18, 2011)
