              East Side ends Water Valley’s season

              BLOG: WATER VALLEY — For the second season in a row Water Valley’s march for its first state championship since 1990 came up short in the third round of the playoffs.

              In a game that saw both team turn the ball over multiple times, the East Side Trojans were able to force one last interception with 3:21 remaining to secure a 32-27 victory over Water Valley at Bobby Clark Field. (more…) (November 18, 2011)

                  Nutt suspends Mackey, Scott

                  BLOG: Ole Miss coach Houston Nutt has confirmed that junior quarterback Randall Mackey, sophomore running back Jeff Scott and sophomore receiver Korvic Neat have violated team rules and well be suspended for at least Saturday’s game against No. 1 LSU with a possibility of missing the Mississippi State game next weekend.
