BLOG — Ole Miss had a bye three weeks ago, but it hasn’t helped much in keeping the Rebels healthy. Ole Miss is dealing with a plethora of injuries following its latest loss to No. 7 Texas A&M, particularly on the defensive side, and head coach Hugh Freeze said the Rebels will be without “most all” of those injured against another top-10 team this week in sixth-ranked LSU.       WVHS pounds Hawks 56-0 for first region win

                    BLOG: ‘Dores outlast Shannon, rain for 10-0 win

                    BLOG — It wasn’t pretty or dry, but in the end, it was a win for Lafayette.

                    With both teams fighting through a driving rain that began shortly before kickoff and only got stronger throughout the night, the Commodores (3-2 overall) produced a field goal and the game’s only touchdown in the second half to notch a 10-0 victory at Shannon in a game dominated by defense and Mother Nature.
