The Oxford Park Commission’s Volleys defeated the Spinners on Thursday thanks to a tie-breaker (fewest games lost).
The Volleys claimed both singles points thanks to wins by Ryan Mounce and Barrett Childress. The Spinners bounced back in the two doubles matches. Lafayette’s opponent, the Millington Central Trojans, will do just that when the Commodores head north on I-55 on Friday.

After talking to teammates earlier in the week, Guy Cameron Billups said coming out flat doesn’t seem like it’s even a possibility.
