Ole Miss falls just short of Sweet 16

KANSAS CITY, Mo. — Ole Miss’ amazing late-season run ended with heartbreak Sunday night in the Sprint Center.     Five-point swing aids La Salle’s late rally against Rebs

    KANSAS CITY, Mo. — There were several pivotal points in Sunday’s third-round NCAA Tournament game between the No. 12 Ole Miss Rebels and the No. 13 La Salle Explorers.       Loss can still lead to bright future

      COLUMN: KANSAS CITY, Mo. — It’s never easy to talk about a loss following a magical run like the Ole Miss Rebels just went on, but there is hope that the future can be bright.           Rebels lose heartbreaker to La Salle

          BLOG — Ole Miss’ latest trip to Kansas City, Mo., didn’t turn out to be as sweet as the one 12 years ago. The 12th-seeded Rebels lost a 76-74 heartbreaker to No. 13 La Salle Sunday evening at the Sprint Center in a game that decided the fourth team in the NCAA Tournament’s West Region.             2013 NCAA Tournament Blog: Ole Miss-La Salle first glance

            Will playing in Kansas City  be Sweet for the Ole Miss Rebels again? Three of the four teams that will play in next week’s West Regional semifinals, otherwise known as the Sweet 16, have been set. Tonight’s matchup between the No. 12 seed Rebels and No. 13 La Salle Explorers in the Kansas City Regional at the Sprint Center will decide the fourth team to travel further west.               No. 6 Rebs can’t hold on to take series from Aggies

              BLOG: For the second day in a row, the No. 6 Ole Miss baseball team will hope to get a game in under an overcast sky.

              The expected start for tonight’s game against Texas A&M is set for 7:30 p.m. The game can be seen nationally on ESPNU.

              After being rained out Saturday, the No. 6 Rebels (21-2 overall, 3-1 SEC) and Aggies (15-8, 3-1) will attempt to get two seven-inning games in today despite another overcast and slightly damp day in Oxford. (more…) (March 24, 2013)

                    Wahl has career game in 8-2 win
