Goolsby taking his bat to NWCC
An incredible ability to swing a bat coupled with improvement in the outfield has led to a new home for Lafayette’s Denzel Goolsby. Goolsby signed a scholarship offer from Northwest Mississippi Community College Thursday to play outfield and potentially hit in the middle of the lineup for the Rangers the next two years. LHS netters make quick work of Greenwood
Lafayette’s first-round matchup with Greenwood in the Class 4A tennis playoffs went as expected as the Commodores defeated the Bulldogs 6-1 Thursday at the courts behind Oxford-University Stadium.
