                Knights sweep ‘Dores out of playoffs

                Lafayette’s season came to a bitter end Saturday night in the Class 4A playoffs.                   Lady ‘Dores capture first state title

                  Timing is everything, and for Lafayette’s girls’ track team, the timing couldn’t have been better. With head coach Amy Sutton coaching the Lady Commodores one last time, Lafayette delivered its first state championship in school history at the MHSAA Class 4A meet on Saturday in Pearl. (May 12, 2014, Page 8)
