    • Garland Lewis McCoy — 82, died Tuesday, Nov. 16, 2010, at the Mississippi State Veterans Affairs Home in Oxford. Services will be held at 11 a.m. Friday at Shiloh Baptist Church. Burial will follow in Shiloh Cemetery. Visitation will be from 4 to 7 p.m. Thursday at Waller Funeral Home, and Friday from 10 until 11 a.m. at the church.

      • Luke Anthony Hammers — 29, died Wednesday, Nov. 10, 2010, at Valley Hospital in Las Vegas. A graveside service will be held at 2 p.m. Thursday at Shiloh Cemetery. Visitation will be held prior to the service from 12:30 until 1:30 p.m. at Waller Funeral Home.
      • Arlene JoAnn McMinn-Snook — 74, of Water Valley died Saturday, Nov. 6, 2010, at Baptist Memorial Hospital-North Mississippi in Oxford. Services will be held at 1 p.m. Nov. 27 at Lakewood South Funeral Home in Jackson. Burial will follow at Lakewood South Memorial Park. Coleman Funeral Home of Oxford was in charge of local arrangements.

        • Jeremy Michael Barber — 19, died Sunday, Nov. 14, 2010, in Water Valley. Services will be held at 11 a.m. Tuesday in the Henry Chapel of Seven Oaks Funeral Home in Water Valley. The visitation will be held from 5 until 7 this evening at the funeral home.
        • Harvey Q. “Tookie” Calfee — 88, died Saturday, Nov. 13, 2010, at his residence in Taylor. Services will be held at 11 a.m. Tuesday in the Waller Funeral Home Chapel in Oxford. Burial will follow in Old Union Cemetery. Visitation will be from 4 until 7 this evening at the funeral home.
        • Mary Edna Clark Gates Dorrell — 79, died Monday, Nov. 8, 2010, in Tulsa, Okla. Services were Thursday at Floral Haven Funeral Home Chapel in Broken Arrow. Burial followed at Greenwood Cemetery in Eufaula, Okla. A memorial service will be planned for a later date in Lafayette, La.
        • Luke Hammers — 29, died Wednesday in Las Vegas. Arrangements are incomplete with Waller Funeral Home of Oxford.

A memorial service was held Tuesday at St. Peter’s Episcopal Church in Oxford. Parker Memorial Funeral Home Inc. of Bruce was in charge of arrangements.
              • James Hugh Robbins — 91, died Wednesday, Nov. 10, 2010, at his home in Oxford. A graveside service will be held Thursday at 2 p.m. at College Hill Cemetery. Visitation will be prior to the service from 12:30 until 1:30  p.m. at Waller Funeral Home.

                  • Doyle Lamar Russell — 81, died Saturday, Nov. 06, 2010, at Union County Health and Rehab Center in New Albany. Services will be held at 2 this afternoon at Sand Springs Community Church. Burial will follow in the Sand Springs Cemetery. Visitation will be held for two hours prior to the service at the church. Browning Funeral Home in Ecru is in charge of the arrangements.

                    • Sarah E. Willingham Reynolds — 75, died Tuesday, Nov. 2, 2010, at her home in Batesville. Services will be held Saturday at New Bethlehem M.B. Church in Batesville. Burial will follow at the church cemetery. Visitation will be held until 6 this evening at Cooley’s Mortuary in Batesville and Saturday from 1-2 p.m. at the church.
