- Marilyn Grist — 60, died Wednesday, March 31, 2010. Visitation is from 5 to 8 this evening at Parker Memorial Funeral Home in Bruce. Services will be held Friday at 2 p.m. at the funeral home chapel. Burial will follow in Bruce Cemetery.
- Johnny B. Rockette — 54, died Sunday, March 28, 2010, in Marshfield, Wis. Services will be held on Monday at 1 p.m. in Henry Chapel of Seven Oaks Funeral Home in Water Valley, with Pastor Jamuel Johnson officiating. Burial will follow in Yocona Cemetery in Lafayette County.

- Mary Forrest McCall Macaulay — 81, died on Friday, March 26, 2010. Services will take place at 11 a.m. Saturday at Hildale Park Presbyterian Church in Cedar Knolls. Cremation will be private. Visitation will be on Thursday from 7 to 9 p.m. and Friday from 2 to 4 p.m. at the Costello-Greiner Funeral Home in Woodbridge.
- Betty Ruth Swearengen — 70, died Sunday, March 28, 2010. Services were held this morning in the Henry Chapel of Seven Oaks in Water Valley. Burial followed in Oak Hill Cemetery in Water Valley

Visitation will be Wednesday from 4. until 7 p.m. at Waller Funeral Home and again, preceding the service, from 11 a.m. until noon at the church.
Cassanda Faulkner Potts — 33, died Saturday, March 27, 2010. Services will be at 2 p.m. Wednesday at Tutor Memorial Funeral Home Chapel in Pontotoc. Burial will follow in the North Oxford Baptist Cemetery. Visitation will be from 5 to 9 this evening and from noon to service time Wednesday at the funeral home.
