  • Antoinette Moorehead Edrington — 101, died Wednesday at the Yalobusha General Nursing Home in Water Valley. Arrangements are incomplete with Seven Oaks Funeral Home of Water Valley.
  • Hugh R. Hunt — 77, died Tuesday, Nov. 1, 2011, at Baptist Memorial Hospital-North Mississippi in Oxford. Services will be held at 1 p.m. Friday at Wells Funeral Home Chapel in Batesville. Visitation will be held from 10 a.m.  to noon prior to the service at the funeral home. Burial will follow in Oakland Cemetery in Oakland.
  • Duffie Martin Jr. — 93, died Friday, Oct. 28, 2011, at Yalobusha Nursing Home in Water Valley. Services will be held at 11 a.m. Saturday at North Hopewell M.B. Church in Taylor. Burial will follow in Yocona Cemetery in Taylor. Hodges-Freeman Funeral Home of Oxford is in charge of arrangements.
  • Edna Jean Jones Parker — 64, died Saturday, Oct. 29, 2011, at her home in Chicago. Services will be held at 10 a.m. Saturday at Bohemian National Cemetery in Chicago.
  • Austin Henderson Russell — 91, died Tuesday, Nov. 1, 2011, at Aldersgate Retirement Community in Meridian. Services will be held at 1 p.m. Saturday in the chapel at Waller Funeral Home in Oxford. Burial will follow in St. Peter’s Cemetery in Oxford. Visitation will be held for one hour prior to the service at the funeral home.
  • Dr. Frank Adams Wiebe — 71, died Tuesday, Nov. 1, 2011, at the North Mississippi Medical Center. Visitation will be held from 5 to 7 p.m. Friday at W. E. Pegues Funeral Home in Tupelo.

    • Johnny Pope — 74, died Tuesday, Nov. 1, 2011, at his home. Services will be held at 2 p.m. Thursday in the chapel of Waller Funeral Home. Burial will follow in Pine Flat Cemetery. Visitation will be from 4 until 7 this evening at the funeral home.

      • Bonnie Kay Childers — 63, died Sunday, Oct. 30, 2011, at Baptist Memorial Hospital-Memphis in Memphis. A private family memorial service will be held at a later date. Coleman Funeral Home of Oxford was in charge of local arrangements.
      • Mary Lane Moody Moore — 76, died Sunday, Oct. 30, 2011, at Sanctuary Hospice House in Tupelo. Services will be held 11 a.m. Wednesday at the Philadelphia Baptist Church. Burial will follow in the Philadelphia Cemetery. Visitation will be held from 5 to 8 this evening at United Funeral Service in New Albany and one hour prior to the service at the church on Wednesday.
      • R.C. Pitts — 92, died Saturday, Oct. 29, 2011. A graveside service will be held at 11 a.m. Wednesday in St. Peter’s Cemetery in Oxford. Waller Funeral Home of Oxford is in charge of the arrangements.

Church. Visitation will be held from 1 to 6 this evening at the Serenity-Martin Funeral Chapel in Oxford and one hour prior to the service Saturday at the church.
        • Beulah Mae Brown — 96, died Thursday at her home in Oxford. Arrangements are incomplete with Coleman Funeral Home of Oxford.
        • Willie “Will” Lee Key — 58, died Saturday, Oct. 22, 2011, at St. Mary Hospital in Racine, Wis. Services will be held at 1 p.m. Saturday at Philadelphia M.B. Church. Burial will follow in Philadelphia Cemetery. Kenneth I. Roberson Funeral Home of Pontotoc is in charge of the arrangements.
        • Inez Sturdivant — 98, died Wednesday, Oct. 26, 2011, at Graceland Care Center in Oxford. Services will be held at 1:30 p.m. Saturday in the Chapel of Waller Funeral Home in Oxford. Burial will follow in Oxford Memorial Cemetery. Visitation will be held for 90 minutes prior to the service at the funeral home.

                • Charles Morgan — 66, died Thursday, Oct. 20, 2011, at his home in Water Valley. Services will be held at 1 this afternoon at Spring Hill North M. B. Church in Water Valley.                     • James Douglas Minor Sr. — 64, died Monday, Oct. 17, 2011. Services will be held at 11 a.m. Saturday at Mt. Calm Missionary Baptist Church in Coldwater.
